Retention of Ownership
All intellectual property as a result of our services, the deliverables and any prints, digital files or footage and any other type of physical or electronic material created in the course of delivering the services or the deliverables (whether edited or unedited, raw or final) will, on creation, be owned by us.
In exceptional circumstances, Sky Monkey may entertain relinquishment of IP to clients, which will contracted and agreed upon in writing.
License Grant
Upon receipt of full payment, Sky Monkey Pty Ltd grants the Client a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the delivered footage and photography for the Client’s own use.
Promotion
Unless a specific Non-Disclousure Agreement (NDA) is in place, Sky Monkey and its employees reserves the right to use portions of the capture media for our/their own promotional purposes (e.g., showreels, web portfolio, social media use).
Sky Monkey respects the clients wish to ‘premiere’ commissioned footage, and will not use footage for purposes previously mentioned until done so by the Client.
