Sky Monkey Pty Ltd maintains $20 million Public Liability cover and $10 million Professional Indemnity cover.
Client Indemnity
We indemnify and will not disclose the identity of the Client regarding any compliance or legal challenges related to our RPAS operations. The Client is not expected to be knowledgeable about RPAS regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project.
