Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by the Customer

  1. If the Customer cancels an Order within 48 business hours of the performance or provision of the Service, the Customer will be liable for 50% of the agreed amount for the Service, including GST.
  2. Any deposits paid by the Customer are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Sky Monkey

  1. Sky Monkey may cancel any Order made by the Customer by giving written notice to the Customer, but not within 48 business hours of the agreed date and time of the Order.
  2. Sky Monkey may cancel any Order if the Customer becomes insolvent, or become appointed by a receiver, manager or liquidator.

Cancellation due to bad weather

  1. The Customer agrees that bad weather is an act of god and cannot be controlled by Sky Monkey.
  2. The Customer agrees, that cancellation of the Order due to bad weather may be re-scheduled within a reasonable time, with no liability to Sky Monkey.
  3. Sky Monkey shall not be liable for any loss or damage, as a consequence of a cancellation due to bad weather.
  4. If the Customer instructs to proceed with the Order, against the recommendations made by Sky Monkey, and the Order cannot be carried out due to bad weather, then the Customer is liable to a cancellation fee of 50% to the value of the Order, including GST.
